Delete account

Each request is reviewed manually and typically processed within 7 business days.

You can ask NeoDrop to delete your account and all related data at any time. For security reasons, account deletion currently goes through an email-based manual review. Please read the notes below before submitting your request.

Deletion is irreversible

Once deletion takes effect, the following data will be permanently removed and cannot be rolled back or recovered:

  • All channel configurations and subscribed sources under your account
  • Content the AI has produced for you (articles, visuals, audio, video)
  • Basic account information (email, login credentials) and interaction data

How to request deletion

    Submit request

    Tap the button below to open your default mail client with the subject and body pre-filled. Please complete your registered email and send it to [email protected].

    Identity verification

    We will confirm your intent via your registered email to prevent impersonation. Please make sure to send this email from the same address you used to register.

  3. 3

    Carrying out the deletion

    Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and related data within 7 business days, and notify you of the outcome by email.
