  • How are credits calculated?
    Credits used per piece of content are aggregated from model calls, research depth, and media synthesis costs. A typical short article runs about 1,000–2,000 credits; in-depth long-form or video costs more, with the exact amount shown in real time during production.
  • What is the launch bonus and when does it arrive?
    Pro and Studio plans receive a one-time bonus credit grant in the first month of subscription, delivered alongside the base monthly credits and usable together within that month. Subsequent monthly renewals include only the base credits.
  • Do unused credits expire?
    Base monthly credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Launch bonus credits remain valid for the duration of your subscription.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
    Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing; downgrades switch to the new tier at the end of the current cycle, and credits already granted in this cycle remain available.
  • What payment methods are supported?
