Frequently asked questions

  • How are credits calculated?
    The credits used per generation add up from model calls, research depth, and media synthesis costs, and vary by format: an article runs about 100–360 credits, a visual post 90–340, a podcast episode 160–240, and a video 900–1,400. Creating a new channel costs one extra generation (about 220 for an article, 1,100 for a video). In-depth long reads and HD video land at the upper end of each range.
  • What is the launch bonus and when does it arrive?
    Pro and Studio plans receive a one-time bonus credit grant in the first month of subscription, delivered alongside the base monthly credits and usable together within that month. Subsequent monthly renewals include only the base credits.
  • Do unused credits expire?
    Your monthly credits start over each month, and leftover ones do not carry into the next month. The bonus credits from launch keep working for as long as you stay subscribed.
  • Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
    Yes. If you move up, it starts right away and you only pay the difference. If you move down, the change happens after the time you already paid for ends. Credits you already got this month still work.
  • What payment methods are supported?
    Through Stripe checkout we accept major international credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The exact options available depend on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
  • Do you offer team or enterprise plans?
