Subscription & Payment Terms

These Subscription & Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") govern subscription plans, credits, billing, and refunds for paid features of NeoDrop. They form part of, and are incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean LUCKYISH PTE. LTD.
1. Scope
These Payment Terms apply to your purchase or use of any paid feature of the Service, including subscription plans and credits. In the event of any conflict between these Payment Terms and the Terms of Use regarding subscriptions, billing, refunds, or related matters, these Payment Terms control.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer one or more subscription plans, each with its own features, included credits, and pricing. The current plans, prices, and features are described on our pricing page. We may change the available plans, features, included credits, or prices from time to time as described in Section 11.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (and our designated payment processor) to charge the payment method on file at the time of purchase and on each subsequent renewal until you cancel.
3. Web Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription through our website, payment is processed by our designated third-party payment processor. By providing your payment details, you agree to the terms and privacy policy of the payment processor in effect at the time of purchase. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card details.
4. Mobile App Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription within our mobile application:
- iOS / Apple App Store. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID using Apple's In-App Purchase. Cancellation, refund, and renewal of these subscriptions are governed by Apple's terms and policies. To manage or cancel, use the Subscription settings in your Apple ID account.
- Android / Google Play. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Google Play account using Google Play Billing. Cancellation, refund, and renewal of these subscriptions are governed by Google's terms and policies. To manage or cancel, use the Subscription settings in your Google Play account.
We do not receive your card details for purchases made through Apple or Google, and any refund or billing dispute regarding these purchases must generally be handled directly with Apple or Google.
5. Credits
The Service may operate, in whole or in part, on a credit-based system. Credits may be included with a subscription, granted as a promotion, or earned through eligible activities.
- Each Service feature consumes a number of credits determined by us, based on factors such as model, content type, length, and complexity. Credit consumption rates are described on our pricing page or in the relevant product help materials and may change from time to time.
- Credits may not be transferred, resold, or exchanged for cash or other value. Credits have no monetary value outside of the Service.
- Credits expire in accordance with the rules described on our pricing page or product help materials. Subject to applicable law, expired or unused credits are forfeited and are not refundable.
- If your account is suspended or terminated for breach of these Payment Terms or the Terms of Use, your unused credits may be forfeited.
- We may modify, increase, decrease, or change the credit cost of any feature at any time, with notice where required by applicable law.
6. Auto-Renewal
AUTO-RENEWAL NOTICE. UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE END OF THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW FOR A SUBSEQUENT PERIOD OF THE SAME LENGTH AT THE THEN-CURRENT PRICE. YOU AUTHORIZE US (OR THE APPLICABLE APP STORE) TO CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE FOR EACH RENEWAL.
You may cancel at any time before the end of the current subscription period via your account settings or by contacting [email protected] (for web subscriptions) or via the relevant app store (for mobile subscriptions; see Section 7).
We will provide reminders, notices of upcoming renewals, and notices of price changes where required by applicable law. Material price changes are subject to the advance-notice requirements set out in Section 11.
7. Cancellation
- Web subscriptions. You may cancel a web subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing period, and you will continue to have access to paid features until that time.
- App store subscriptions. Cancellation of subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google must be made through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings, in accordance with the relevant platform's terms.
You will not receive a refund for amounts already paid for the current subscription period unless required by applicable law (see Section 8).
8. Refunds
8.1 General Policy. Except as required by applicable law, all payments to us for subscriptions, credits, and other paid features are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription period has begun or credits have been issued or consumed, you acknowledge that we have substantially performed our obligations.
8.2 EU / UK / Switzerland Consumers. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another jurisdiction with a similar statutory withdrawal right, you may be entitled to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days. However, by purchasing and using the Service or by consuming credits before the withdrawal period ends, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been supplied or the service has been fully performed, in accordance with applicable law.
8.3 App Store Purchases. Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the policies of the relevant platform. Apple and Google decide whether to grant refunds for these purchases.
8.4 Discretionary Refunds. Outside of legally required cases, we may, at our sole discretion, grant partial or full refunds in exceptional circumstances. We may decline refund requests where, for example: (a) your account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Use; (b) you have already received a refund for similar products or services; (c) the purchase was made using promotional or discounted pricing; or (d) the request is made after a reasonable period or relates to consumed credits or fully performed services.
8.5 How to Request a Refund. To request a refund for a web purchase, email [email protected]. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, typically within fifteen (15) business days, depending on your payment provider.
9. Taxes
Listed prices may exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar). If we are required to collect and remit such taxes, we will add them to your invoice at the applicable rate. You are otherwise responsible for any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any dispute regarding a charge, please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes promptly. If you initiate a chargeback that we determine to be unjustified or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to take other action permitted by applicable law.
11. Pricing Changes
We may change subscription prices, credit costs, plan features, or other paid offerings from time to time. Material changes to pricing of an existing subscription will take effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically at least thirty (30) days) by email or through the Service. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect; continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Modifications to These Payment Terms
We may update these Payment Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice as described in Section 11 or as otherwise required by applicable law. Your continued use of paid features after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Payment Terms.
