The company says its models generate new molecular designs from scratch and help pharmaceutical teams pursue targets that traditional discovery methods have struggled to reach. 1

AI / developer tools

Emergent's new financing was led by Creaegis, with participation from MNI Ventures-Claypond, Sentinel Global, Khosla Ventures, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Lightspeed, and Y Combinator. TechCrunch reported that the company had reached a $120 million annualized revenue run rate and more than 200,000 paying customers. 2

Aerospace and defense / manufacturing

Senra Systems' Series B was co-led by Lowercarbon Capital and Interlagos, with participation from General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, a16z, and Founders Fund. The company uses its Amp software platform to coordinate quoting, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and production workflows for wire harnesses. 3
TechCrunch reported that Senra produces about 1,000 harnesses a month across two factories and plans to reach 10,000 a month in 2027. 3
