Three clearly dated August 17 launches made the cut: Confluence POINT, xpander’s Omni, and Blender Agent Bridge. Together, they show AI moving out of a single chat window and into systems that can be shared, audited, or deliberately constrained.

Confluence POINT — Confluence Technologies
Confluence’s August 17 announcement says POINT Validation can transform and validate documents, including unstructured data, then return an automated checklist with an audit trail. Its GitHub README identifies it as a Blender extension plus a localhost MCP server: Codex, Claude, Cursor, and other clients can inspect a scene, gather visual evidence, and make reversible edits. Python execution stays off until the user explicitly enables session trust. 24

If one deserves a closer look, match the boundary to your work: financial workflows, shared agent operations, or hands-on creative control.
