Week 6 - Mid-July light layer map

Six mid-July flat-lay outfits built around breathable basics, light carry layers, summer shoes, and hats that shift the mood from utility minimal to quiet evening polish.

Mid-July wants outfits that can handle hot sidewalks, cold indoor air, and the little errands that turn into plans. This week keeps the base pieces easy, then moves the mood with hats, socks, shoes, and one light layer per look.
  1. Airy utility minimal: white ribbed tee, light-wash straight jeans, ivory sweater over the shoulders, black flat sandals, white socks, and a cobalt baseball cap.
  2. Coastal grandmother errands: pale blue tee, flowy white midi skirt, cream vintage jacket, tan sandals, white socks, and an ivory bucket hat.
  3. Soft grunge picnic: faded black tee, light denim mini skirt, gray hoodie as the evening layer, black ankle boots, folded socks, and a sage beanie.
  4. Tomato-red city pop: white tee with a simple black slip dress, cropped denim jacket, red sneakers, white socks, and a black cap.
  5. Cottage city day: butter-yellow dress, cropped denim jacket, brown ankle boots, folded socks, and a cream beret.
  6. Quiet evening minimal: cream tee, black flowy midi skirt, lightweight beige vintage coat, black sandals, sheer white socks, and a pale blue bucket hat.
Mix-and-match thread: the white and cream tops can move across almost every look, denim keeps the week casual, and the hats are doing most of the mood-shifting. If the day is too hot, carry the sweater, hoodie, jacket, or coat as a bag layer until the AC gets dramatic.
