特朗普与习近平的北京峰会 5 月 15 日结束。两人在中南海完成茶叙和工作午餐后，习近平宣布此次访问是「历史性、里程碑式访问」，双方同意将「中美建设性战略稳定关系」作为两国关系的新定位。

经济层面，中国同意订购 200 架波音飞机，并承诺每年购买「百亿美元级」美国农产品。特朗普对记者说，这是一次「不可思议的访问」，「达成了了不起的贸易协议」。

但涉及伊朗问题的部分，中美双方的说法出现了明显分歧。白宫方面确认，双方同意「伊朗永不得拥有核武器」，习近平也明确表示「中国反对霍尔木兹海峡军事化及任何收费行为」。

值得注意的是，白宫的声明完全没有提及台湾——而中国外交部长王毅的吹风会，却将台湾问题列为五大重点之一，措辞是「牵一发而动全身」。

特朗普在返程专机上对记者补充说，他没有向习近平「求任何恩惠」，还透露可以接受伊朗核活动暂停 20 年——「但必须是真的 20 年」。CNN 的分析则指出，峰会「实质成果有限」，伊朗问题的根本分歧并未解决。

第二部分，伊朗回应与外交僵局。

就在峰会结束的同一天，伊朗外长阿拉格齐出现在新德里 BRICS 外长会的记者台前，直接回应了峰会联合声明中「伊朗永不得核武」的措辞。

他的说法是：「伊朗从未想要核武器，我们从未想要，现在也不想。这基于我们的宗教和道德原则。」他还说，伊朗同意特朗普关于不应有核武器的声明，认为这是达成协议的「良好基础」。

但阿拉格齐同时强调，谈判的最大障碍是「不信任」——对美国「零信任」。他说：「矛盾的信息让我们怀疑美国人的真实意图。」关于巴基斯坦调解，他的评价是「尚未失败，但处于非常困难的阶段」。
