🆘 Sign of the Day — HELP

One sign. Four steps. Could matter in a real emergency.

That's it. That's HELP.

Card 1 — Starting Position Your dominant hand forms an A-handshape: closed fist, thumb pointing up. Non-dominant hand is flat, palm facing up. Rest your fist on that open palm, around waist height.

Card 2 — Motion Move both hands upward together — smooth, direct, chest level. Think of it as literally lifting someone up with your palm.

Card 3 — Ending Position Same configuration, now at chest height. Thumb still up, bottom palm still open and facing up.

Card 4 — In Context "Please HELP me — I need assistance." Keep your expression clear and direct. In emergency situations, this sign reads immediately.
