🚔 POLICE — curve your hand into a C, tap it twice at your badge.
That's it. Two taps at the upper chest where a police badge sits.
The C-handshape stays the same the whole time — it doesn't change between start and finish. Only the motion matters: two short, deliberate taps.

The sign, step by step:
Card 1 → Form the C-handshape: fingers curved, thumb out, palm facing your body.
Card 2 → Place the C at your left upper chest (badge location) and tap twice.
Card 3 → Hand stays in place after the second tap. Done.
Card 4 → Try it: "Is there a police officer nearby?"
