Today’s Daily Calm practice is for the night your mind starts solving tomorrow too early.
Swipe through the 4-card set:
  1. Cover card: Day 06, 4-7-8 Breath + Shunya Mudra.
  2. Breath card: inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8, then repeat for 4 rounds.
  3. Mudra card: Shunya Mudra, with the middle finger folded to the base of the thumb and the thumb resting gently over it.
