John Kim Faye brings Back 2 Skool to Philly

John Kim Faye brings his memoir-based Songs & Stories matinee to Philadelphia on Saturday, September 19. Doors open at 1:30 p.m.; the show runs from 2 to 4 p.m. at The Fallser Club, with tickets listed at $20 online or $25 at the door. 1

Faye's official bio traces four decades across The Caulfields, IKE, John Faye Power Trip, John & Brittany, and his solo work, totaling more than 150 recorded songs. As the Caulfields' lead singer and primary songwriter, he was one of the few mixed-race Asian American frontmen to sign a major record deal during the 1990s alternative-rock boom. 2
