She Opened the Door. The App Crashed. America Could Not Handle It.

Love Island USA S8 Ep.7: Melanie walked into the Speakeasy mid-kiss and the Peacock app crashed from voting traffic. AGT Ep.2 delivered TWO Golden Buzzers — Sofia hit hers for Aussie singer Lara D, Howie got Korean magic duo Hundred Fingers. And Jeopardy's Peter McFerrin ended his 6-game, $150K streak in the most devastating Final Jeopardy of the season — losing to a guy who won with $2,193.

Love Island USA Ep. 7 broke the Peacock app. And honestly? Melanie breaking into the Speakeasy at exactly the wrong moment probably broke the internet too.

🚪 HERO: Melanie Walks In on Sincere & Sol Mid-Kiss

Last night's Love Island USA Season 8 Episode 7 was titled "A Paint-ful Nightmare" — and Melanie Moreno earned every syllable. After bomshell Sol pulled Sincere for a second private chat inside the Speakeasy, Melanie — sitting with the other islanders — opened the door at exactly the moment Sincere and Sol were pulling apart from a kiss.
"So, what went on here?" Melanie asked. Sincere's reply: "A little bit of everything."
The chaos backstory: Sincere had spent the day telling Sol he felt "completely open" to her arrival, calling his situation with Melanie more like "protecting her feelings than a genuine romance." Meanwhile Melanie had finally landed on the self-aware quote of the season — "I think sometimes I just do too much" — about two hours too late.
The kicker: America's interactive public vote opened at 10:30 PM ET to decide which original islanders the three bombshells (Sol, Jen, Caleb) must couple up with — and the Peacock app crashed under the traffic. 1 2

⚡ ROUNDUP: What Else Blew Up Tuesday Night

AGT Season 21, Episode 2 — Sofia Finally Got Her Buzzer Back
After being beaten to the Golden Buzzer twice in one night during the Season 21 premiere (Simon stole it for Lai Noelle; Terry Crews bolted off stage to snag it for the dog act), Sofía Vergara had her moment last night. Australian singer Lara D sang Raye's "Oscar Winning Tears" and stopped the show cold. Vergara hit the buzzer before Howie Mandel could — sending golden confetti raining down and Lara D into tears of disbelief.
Howie also used his second Golden Buzzer on South Korean magic duo Hundred Fingers — described by Simon Cowell as "one of the best magic acts I've ever seen." Two buzzers in one night, zero complaints. 3 4

Jeopardy! — Peter McFerrin's 6-Game Streak Ends at $150,399
In the most deflating Final Jeopardy finish of the season, six-day champion Peter McFerrin entered Final with $11,400 (the lead), bet $9,401 to cover second-place Wilson Li — and got the clue wrong. Wilson bet too much and also fell. Third-place contestant Dan Laine, a software engineer from Jersey City, wagered just $7, got it correct (the answer: "What is hypnosis?"), and won with $2,193 — the lowest winning total this entire season.
McFerrin finishes with $150,399 and a confirmed Tournament of Champions spot. Dan Laine is back today. 5 6

RHOA Season 17 — The K. Michelle Spiral Continues
Real Housewives of Atlanta Season 17 Episode 10 kept the K. Michelle vs. everyone storyline fully alive. Viewers watching social chatter this morning are calling it the "Star Spangled Mess" episode — with K. Michelle taking shots at Angela Yee and the group continuing to fracture around Shamea Morton's camp vs. Porsha Williams. Reunion drama is coming. 7
