🤒 SICK — bent middle finger, forehead + abdomen.
Both hands form the same shape: middle finger extended and bent, the rest curled in. Right fingertip touches your forehead, left fingertip touches your stomach — both at the same time.
That simultaneous dual-contact is what makes this sign read as a full-body feeling of being unwell, not just a headache or a stomachache.
Facial grammar matters here. A furrowed brow and a slightly pained look seal it. Without that expression, the sign can look ambiguous.
Use it when you need help fast — "I feel sick, please call a doctor."
