The two updates point in opposite directions. Lenny's bundle is expanding access to tools, but the immediate value depends on eligibility and limited availability. Stratechery's queue is doing the opposite: it is deliberately empty until the August 3 Update. 1 2
For a product team, the practical next step is to check whether a newly added tool fits an existing workflow before deciding whether its new-user terms are worth acting on. For the Stratechery side of the reading queue, August 3 is the next date that matters.
