"Move forward" makes a meeting sound like it has momentum. The phrase often leaves the useful nouns in the hallway: a decision, an approver, an owner, and a deadline.
The cards translate the phrase from a broad promise into a real handoff. "Let us move forward with the current plan" still leaves the room without a named approver. A clearer version says who gets approval, which plan moves, where the approved version goes, and when it arrives.
When the next step matters, name the person, the artifact, and the date. Momentum can wait outside.
