Mandala #35 — Br: Bromo (Bromine)
Element 35 · Br · Bromo
Red-brown fuming liquid
The only non-metallic liquid element at room temperature — dark red, toxic, fuming, a halogen from the sea.
Bromine is one of only two elements that are liquid at room temperature (mercury is the other). It is dense, dark red-brown, and toxic. Sea water contains dissolved bromide; bromine is extracted from brine. Silver bromide in photographic film captures light.
50 Mandalas de Elementos Químicos — a sacred geometry digital art series where science and beauty converge. Each mandala's palette, pattern, and structure is inspired by the element's atomic character, crystal structure, reactivity, and visual identity.
