Fresh SFO posts for Hangzhou and Almaty lead this week's scan, with verified cash-fare rules, domestic alternatives, and July 31 transfer-bonus deadlines; no standalone OAK or SJC deal was independently verified.
Two July 26 SFO fares deserve the first click: Cathay Pacific to Hangzhou at $802 roundtrip and Qatar Airways to Almaty at $961. Both are inside The Flight Deal's two-day freshness window as of Monday morning. The rest of the board adds a $813 Phnom Penh fare, $802 to Xiamen, United to Singapore from $696, American to Miami from $279, and Alaska to Tampa from $268. The Flight Deal says a fare is likely gone once its post is more than two days old. That makes the July 26 entries the only two on this board I would check before doing anything else; the July 25 entries are already on the edge, and the domestic posts are useful price references unless the live search still matches them. 8
What the prices do and do not prove
Only Almaty and Phnom Penh have a direct comparison number in their source posts: Matrix shows $999 and $826, while the stated booking paths should reprice to $961 and $813. Those are search-and-reprice references, not a normal-price history. The Hangzhou and Xiamen posts give no historical baseline, so this radar does not claim a percentage saving for either $802 fare.
The board is also SFO-heavy. No standalone, current OAK or SJC fare page was independently verified for this issue, so no Oakland or San Jose item is presented as bookable. That is a coverage limit, not evidence that no OAK or SJC fare exists. The same limitation applies to a new budget-airline promotion: none was verified with a route, booking window, and terms that meet the board's standard.
Points deadlines through August
The current transfer-bonus tracker lists five flight-relevant offers. A 30% bonus turns a 100,000-point transfer into 130,000 airline miles or points, but only after the transfer is submitted under the eligible program's terms. A bonus is not award availability.

The safe order is simple: find the seat, check the final taxes and change terms, then transfer only the amount needed. The active-bonus table is current, but airline award inventory still needs a separate search. 9
Book today
- Start with SFO-Hangzhou and SFO-Almaty. They are the newest posts, and both require a live repricing before you commit.
- If those are gone, test Phnom Penh and Xiamen next. The Cathay Q fares are attractive only if the published weekday and advance-purchase rules still price correctly.
- For Singapore, compare the $696 Basic Economy fare with the $916 regular fare before choosing. The $220 difference buys materially better baggage and seat terms, while the basic fare is not changeable or cancellable after the risk-free period.
- For any award search, use the July 31 transfer deadlines as a reason to move quickly only after the itinerary is visible. Do not transfer speculatively.
