今天的跨区主线：AI 开始有「接触面」，也开始留下摩擦
1. 开放权重不再只是模型文件，而是一套可以改造的现场
r/LocalLLaMA 里，Qwen3.8-27B 的低比特量化、QwenMix 合并、PI Agent 与 Opencode 的对比，以及 16 张消费级显卡跑 DeepSeek 的配置，指向同一件事：社区讨论的对象已经从「哪个模型更强」转向「我能否在自己的硬件、软件栈和上下文限制里把它跑起来」。Ling-3.0 的六个 base checkpoint 和未训练的 MTP head 争议，又把发布物拆成了训练阶段、权重结构和推理路径。这里的结论不是本地模型已经取代闭源模型，而是可运行性本身正在成为模型产品的一部分。
2. 产品问题不再只是答错，而是解释不了自己为什么这样做
OpenAI 与 ChatGPT 两区的帖子更像一组使用现场：有人说模型突然变准，有人遇到无关的数据分析、提前回答、PDF 失效或声音模式异常，也有人把 ChatGPT 放进长期创作、角色设定和「拥有一天身体」的实验。ClaudeAI 里则出现了过度保留、token 统计、恶意 artifact 和「我是否该更新 CLAUDE.md」等摩擦。它们共同指向一个更具体的产品问题：当模型从聊天框伸进工作流，用户要的不是更像人，而是能解释状态、权限、记忆和失败原因。
3. AI 的成本已经从 API 价格扩散到安全、算力、住房和政策
