The Oct. 19–25 watch list is built on UFC 333 in Abu Dhabi and a three-belt unification between Emanuel Navarrete and O'Shaquie Foster in San Antonio 56.

UFC: Malott's knee ends Buckley's night in Edmonton

Mike Malott (15-2-1) knocked out Joaquin Buckley (21-9) with a right knee at 2:32 of round two in the UFC Edmonton main event on Saturday, October 17 at Rogers Place 17.
Buckley's mouthpiece flew across the cage, he fell face first, and Malott landed one more punch before the referee arrived 2.
Buckley came in on a two-fight skid. Malott had won his previous four 1.
The card produced 12 finishes in 13 fights, and the first 11 bouts all ended early 2.
Jasmine Jasudavicius (16-4) beat Erin Blanchfield (14-3) on a unanimous decision, 29-28 on all three cards, in the only fight of the night that reached the judges 17.
The rest of the card:

Eight more fighters took $25,000 finish bonuses: Pérez, Cuamba, Boser, Galanti, Cerminara, Koslow, Chandler and You 2.

Boxing: Dubois finishes Wardley in two in the London rematch

Daniel Dubois stopped Fabio Wardley at 2:21 of round two to retain the WBO heavyweight title at The O2 in London on Saturday, October 17 38.
Dubois dropped Wardley with a right hand seconds into the first round, and Wardley survived the round before the follow-up ended it 3.
The result was recorded as a corner surrender, with referee Steve Gray stepping in as a towel came from Wardley's corner 3.
It was the second meeting in 161 days. Dubois stopped Wardley in their first fight in May 3.
Filip Hrgovic, the IBF champion, entered the ring afterwards to ask for a rematch of their 2024 fight, which Dubois won on cuts 3.
Promoter Frank Warren said Hrgovic must first make a planned defense in Croatia early next year, and named WBC champion Agit Kabayel among the other options 3.
On the undercard:
  • Heavyweight: Bakhodir Jalolov beat Solomon Dacres on a unanimous decision, 99-91 and 99-90 twice 8.

Sebastian Fundora (25-1-1, 17 KOs) knocked out Ermal Hadribeaj (23-1-1, 8 KOs) at 2:59 of round 12 to retain the WBC super welterweight title on Saturday, October 17 4.
It was Fundora's fourth defense, in the main event at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan, shown on TNT and DAZN 49.
Hadribeaj, trying to become Albania's first boxing world champion, lost two points for holding, in rounds three and 11 4.
CompuBox had Fundora landing 202 punches to 144, 56 of them to the body 4.

Three more results from the card:

The card lost its WBA featherweight title bout before the bell. Brandon Figueroa came in more than a pound over the 126-pound limit on Friday and was stripped of the title, leaving it vacant 10.
Figueroa said he had hurt a hamstring in training. His fight with Tomoki Kameda was then called off after Figueroa fell ill overnight 1011.

  • Volkanovski has said Evloev's wrestling will not be enough, and that the challenger will have to trade with him eventually 23.
  • Yan and Dvalishvili have split two fights. Dvalishvili won the first in March 2023, and Yan took the bantamweight title from him at UFC 323 in December 2025 24.
  • Navarrete puts his WBO and IBF belts against Foster's WBC in one fight. His only loss in 14 years came at lightweight, a split decision to Denys Berinchyk 21.
