Anthropic's agents formalized a proof that Andrew Wiles found in the 1990s. 1 TCS subsidiary HyperVault and partners announced a planned $7.41 billion, 1GW AI campus in Telangana. 2 In Geneva, 128 states agreed on a non-binding document that could lead to treaty talks on autonomous weapons. 3

The common thread is practical: frontier capability needs something it can be checked against, run on, and governed by. The details matter. The Fermat result is formalization of a human-found proof. The HyperVault campus is planned capacity, with full buildout still ahead. The Geneva text is a negotiating foothold, with a finished rulebook still ahead.
