Remote tech internships and entry-level roles: weekly shortlist
A pay-disclosed shortlist of remote internships and <=2-year tech roles across software engineering, AI/ML, design engineering, and product management.
The strongest matches this week are not the loudest postings. They are the ones that disclose pay, point to a real application page, and fit the <=2 years filter without making you guess whether "remote" means "occasionally remote after relocation."
Roles with hidden pay, locked application paths, or unclear remote status were left out of the main shortlist.

Best fit by applicant profile
If you have shipped full-stack side projects: start with Arine. The posting is explicitly internship-level, remote, paid, and unusually clear about the stack. It favors candidates who can show real projects, API/database fluency, and comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
If your portfolio is ML-heavy: Goodlight AI is the most applied-AI-oriented pick. It is startup-style work around LLM systems, retrieval, agents, data pipelines, and production features, with a disclosed stipend and a direct application page.
If you design and code: Ashby is the highest-compensation design-track opportunity in the set. It is not a pure visual-design role. The posting asks for strong UI/UX judgment plus the ability to ship React/TypeScript product code, and the junior level caps experience at no more than 2 years.
If you want product management: Judi Health is the cleanest direct company posting with a disclosed remote pay band. Treat it as a stretch role if you are right at the 2-year mark, since the minimum qualification says 2+ years of product, software engineering, or related experience.
Apply order
- Arine if you meet the US work-eligibility requirement and can show a full-stack project.
- Goodlight AI if you are India-based or can legally work from India and have ML/LLM demos.
- Ashby US or Canada if your portfolio proves both product taste and frontend execution.
- Judi Health if you can speak credibly about data products, SQL, healthcare, or cross-functional PM work.
Job posts can close without notice. Check the application page before tailoring a resume, and save a PDF or screenshot of the posting if you need the pay band later in the process.
