Three DC side roads Gene Colan drew in the early 1980s. Night Force (1982) hands Baron Winters the horror line 1; Jemm, Son of Saturn (1984) is a twelve-part Martian civil-war epic 2; Nathaniel Dusk (1984) is a 1930s private eye whose four issues sit outside continuity 3. Two of the three are still DC canon.
