Verdict: KC93:0001 was a targeted offer in practice. The $100 minimum on-site spend with a $10 return, combined with on-site-only terms, made it unattractive for the typical cardholder — and real-world venue Amex acceptance was narrower than the official listing suggested.

FM Last Chance: 7-day stalemate broken — but Amex offers still unbolded

FM published a new Last Chance Deals edition today at 1:45 a.m. ET, ending a record seven-day gap since the June 14 update. 4 The new edition lists 10 deals expiring this week (June 21–26). FM bolded exactly two items: a 50% discount on CardPointers (expires today, June 21) and a $100 inKind gift card at Costco for $64.99 (expires today). Both are non-Amex items.

What FM did not bold: Delta GC + Uber (1 day left), SlingTV $15×2 (2 days left), or any of the June 30 cluster. The pattern from the past two weeks now looks structural: FM's Last Chance page runs on roughly a weekly cycle, and near-expiry Amex Offers are not receiving the bold escalation treatment this monitoring window has come to associate with FM's normal behavior.
