Muon Space closed a $250M Series C, led by Eclipse Capital, with Google, Salesforce Ventures, Wellington Management, and others participating. The company says the round brings total equity funding above $386M and will expand constellation production, dual-use spacecraft, and on-orbit AI compute. Muon says it has 11 satellites deployed and a facility designed for up to 500 satellites a year by 2027. 12
Also raised a $150M Series D led by Prysm Capital, with Eclipse, Greenoaks, and MVP Ventures participating. The Rivian spinout says it has raised $455M since founding and will use the new capital to develop autonomous delivery vehicles. 3
Two $100M rounds sit below those headline checks. London-based Callosum raised a $100M seed round led by Atomico, with Plural, DCVC, the UK Sovereign AI Fund, and others participating; its platform routes AI tasks to different models and chips. Indian fintech Navi announced a proposed $100M investment from Prosus at an approximately $1.3B valuation, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. 45
Twin1 AI launched from stealth with a $20M seed round co-led by Bessemer Venture Partners, Tribeca Venture Partners, and Aramco Ventures. The company is building permission-aware digital twins that work across enterprise tools and preserve professional context. 6
The five selected disclosures total $620M in headline amounts. The comparable round stack is $520M, while Navi's $100M remains proposed capital. The clearest pattern is a split between physical systems with visible production plans and software layers that coordinate compute or enterprise context. The sample frames diligence questions; it is not a market total.
