Enterprise AI is moving from chat boxes into work systems. OpenAI put GPT-5.6 into Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chat, and Cowork, while Anthropic described Claude Sonnet 5 as an agentic model that can plan, use browsers and terminals, and run autonomously.
