N-1 Starfighter leads Jun 7 radar — deepest discount at −37.4% and cooldown lifted
LEGO Star Wars 75325 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter takes the Jun 7 lead as the deepest-discounted set in the full tracked field — −37.4% off its $59.99 MSRP ($37.55 BR average), with 546 cumulative sales and four minifigures including two exclusives valued at $23.21 combined (62% of set average). The 2-year forecast of +14.98% is below threshold, with a −2.49% lower bound — this is a minifigure play rather than a reliable appreciation bet. Runner-up 75333 Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter offers the tightest forecast confidence band (+12.18%–+22.85%) and the field's highest liquidity (1,538 sales), all three figures exclusive. BMW M 1000 RR carries strong composite numbers but 100+ days of stale data. Lamborghini Huracán posts the field's highest forecast (+38.89%) on just 23 sales. 28th consecutive zero-listing run on all platforms.
This run covers a slightly extended window: roughly 29 hours (Jun 6, 15:22 ET through Jun 7, 20:00 ET) rather than a standard 24-hour cycle. BrickRanker (a LEGO secondary-market price tracking site) remains the sole data source. Today's two cooldown lifts — 75325 N-1 Starfighter and 75333 Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter — are both eligible leads for the first time since May 31. Secondary-market platforms return zero timestamp-verified new listings for the 28th consecutive run.

#1 — 75325 The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter
Set 75325-1 | LEGO Star Wars | 412 pieces | 4 minifigures | MSRP $59.99 | Estimated retirement Jul 31, 2026
BrickRanker's 6-month rolling average is $37.55 — a −37.4% discount, saving $22.44 vs. retail. The 2-year post-retirement forecast is +14.98% (range: −2.49% to +31.85%). 1
Loading content card…
At −37.4%, 75325 carries the deepest discount of any set in this run's tracked field — and it's the deepest discount seen across the full multi-week tracking period. The $22.44 saving vs. MSRP is also the largest absolute dollar gap of any actively tracked set right now. 1
The minifigure composition is a significant part of the value case. Four figures are included, with BrickRanker individual values totaling $23.21 — representing roughly 62% of the $37.55 set average. Two are exclusive to this set: Peli Motto ($7.36) and The Mandalorian in Silver Beskar Armor ($6.14). The other two — BD-72 ($6.36) and Grogu ($3.35) — are not exclusive, but Grogu in particular has persistent crossover demand. 1
The forecast is where the trade-off lives. +14.98% is the weakest midpoint among today's qualified sets, and the lower bound of −2.49% is below breakeven — meaning some portion of BrickRanker's modeled scenarios result in a net loss after retirement. That range spans 34 points (+31.85% high vs. −2.49% low), the widest uncertainty band in today's field. Buyers should think of this as a minifigure play with a speculative set-level upside, not a reliable appreciation bet. 1
On liquidity: 546 cumulative sales since June 2022 is by far the highest volume in today's active picks — roughly triple the Acclamator's 99 and more than four times the Bugatti Bolide's 46. Strong secondary-market depth means entry and exit are both practical. 1
Authentication notes for 75325
Four minifigures make this set a counterfeiting target, particularly Mando and Grogu:
- The Mandalorian (Silver Beskar Armor): this is a version-specific exclusive. The torso print should show the detailed silver-chrome armor pattern; bootleg versions often use a simplified flat-gray print with less detail on the pauldrons. Cross-reference against BrickLink's photo catalog for the exact printing.
- Grogu: Not exclusive to this set, but highly in demand and frequently swapped with inferior counterfeits. Verify the dark-green minifigure body (not medium green) and the robe color — the tan-brown cape should be a specific soft-goods fabric piece, not a hard plastic substitute.
- Peli Motto: Less commonly faked due to lower individual value, but check torso print detail against BrickLink reference; the goggles-on-forehead print is a clear differentiator from generic mechanic figures.
- Ship construction: the N-1's narrow fuselage and pod-wing geometry mean a genuine build will have noticeable part-count and color-placement complexity. Unusually lightweight sealed boxes are a flag — request weight verification or in-hand inspection before buying sealed.
#2 — 75333 Obi-Wan Kenobi's Jedi Starfighter
Set 75333-1 | LEGO Star Wars | 282 pieces | 3 minifigures | MSRP $29.99 | Estimated retirement Jul 31, 2026
Loading content card…
BrickRanker's 6-month rolling average is $22.27 — a −25.7% discount, saving $7.72 vs. retail. The 2-year post-retirement forecast is +18.07% (range: +12.18% to +22.85%). 2
At $29.99 MSRP, this is the most accessible price point in today's field. The more notable number is liquidity: 1,538 cumulative sales since August 2022 puts 75333 among the most traded sets in BrickRanker's database. That depth reflects consistent demand — not just at release but sustained over nearly four years. It's the kind of track record that reduces exit risk for buyers. 2
All three minifigures are exclusive to this set, with a combined BrickRanker value of $16.74, representing approximately 75% of the $22.27 set average. Taun We ($7.36) is the standout — a prequel-era Kaminoan cloner with limited appearances across LEGO Star Wars releases. Obi-Wan Kenobi in his Attack of the Clones outfit ($5.36) and Astromech R4-P17 ($4.02) round out a package that, by minifigure value alone, nearly covers the average resale price of the full set. 2
The forecast range (+12.18% to +22.85%) is the tightest band in today's field — a 10.7-point spread compared to N-1's 34-point spread — suggesting higher confidence in the midpoint. For buyers who want modest but reliable directional exposure rather than a wide-range bet, 75333 is the lower-volatility option of today's two cooldown lifts. 2
Authentication notes for 75333
Three exclusive figures in a well-traded set make this a consistent authentication concern:
- Taun We: Her pale-blue elongated head is a single molded piece unique to Kaminoan characters. Counterfeits occasionally substitute a generic alien head mold — verify the distinctive neck and face profile matches BrickLink reference photos.
- Obi-Wan Kenobi (AotC outfit): brown layered Jedi robes with a specific dual-molded hair piece. The hair color should be medium-dark brown, not dark brown — an easy tell on cheap duplicates.
- R4-P17: A red-and-silver astromech dome with specific circular markings. Unlike R2-D2 clones (common in counterfeits), R4-P17 has a distinctive red primary color — any blue or white dome is an immediate flag.
- Ship body: the red-and-white Jedi Starfighter uses a printed canopy element; verify the print quality is sharp and not a sticker substitute.
Notable — 42130 BMW M 1000 RR
Set 42130-1 | LEGO Technic | 1,920 pieces | no minifigures | MSRP $249.99 | Estimated retirement Jul 31, 2026
BrickRanker's 6-month rolling average is $181.47 — a −27.4% discount, saving $68.52 vs. retail. The 2-year post-retirement forecast is +26.33% (range: +7.86% to +40.10%). Cumulative sales: 193 since January 2022. 3
The composite case for 42130 is genuinely strong on paper: the −27.4% discount is deeper than either of today's lead sets, and the +26.33% forecast midpoint is the best among sets with fresh data and meaningful liquidity. 193 sales across four years indicates a functioning secondary market for what is a substantial price-point set ($249.99 retail). 3
The caveat is data age. BrickRanker's price record for 42130 has not been updated in over 100 days — the most stale in today's field. The last logged sales were in early 2026; no transactions appear in the March–May window. Whether that gap reflects genuine market inactivity (the $181 price point narrows the buyer pool) or a BrickRanker data pipeline issue is unclear. The $181.47 average should be treated as directional rather than current. For high-commitment buyers this set warrants a direct BrickLink price guide check before transacting. 3
Wildcard — 42161 Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica
Set 42161-1 | LEGO Technic | 806 pieces | no minifigures | MSRP $49.99 | Estimated retirement Jul 31, 2026
BrickRanker's 6-month rolling average is $38.11 — a −23.8% discount, saving $11.88 vs. retail. The 2-year post-retirement forecast is +38.89% — the highest of any set tracked in this run's full field. 4
That +38.89% number needs immediate context. It rests on 23 cumulative sales since August 2023 — the thinnest liquidity base of any ranked set today. BrickRanker's last data update for 42161 was March 26, approximately 73 days before this run. The three 2026 transactions visible in the data (one in January at $59.17 and two in March at $43.03) is not a reliable base for a statistically confident forecast. In this specific case, the outstanding headline number is as likely to reflect thin-data volatility as genuine market conviction. 4
If liquidity improves and the forecast holds in a future cycle with fresh data, this set becomes a genuine lead candidate. For now, file it as a signal worth watching, not an actionable recommendation.
Persistent gap — 42151 Bugatti Bolide
Set 42151-1 | LEGO Technic | MSRP $49.99 | BR avg $32.65 | −34.7% discount | Retirement forecast: MISSING
42151 returns for the 9th consecutive run without a post-retirement forecast from BrickRanker. The current $32.65 average (−34.7% vs. MSRP) is the second-deepest discount in today's field, behind only N-1's −37.4%. 5
The data anomaly persists: BrickRanker's database shows the piece count as zero (the physical set contains over 900 pieces per the box), and the forecast engine appears unable to compute without that field. Without a forecast, 42151 cannot be composite-ranked. If BR resolves the data integrity issue and the forecast comes in at or above the +20% threshold, the Bugatti immediately becomes a strong candidate at this discount level. Until then: discount acknowledged, forecast unknown. 5
Cooldown queue — returning Jun 13
Four sets re-enter next Saturday with strong signals. The table below reflects today's updated prices — all four recorded micro-gains of +0.35% to +0.37% in the 29-hour window.
| Set | MSRP | BR avg | Discount | Forecast | Sales | Data |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 31208 Art Hokusai — The Great Wave | $99.99 | $76.87 | −23.1% | +30.12% | 72 | May 26 ✓ |
| 75405 Star Wars Home One Starcruiser | $69.99 | $48.45 | −30.8% | +20.57% | 71 | May 26 ✓ |
| 75404 Star Wars Acclamator-class Assault Ship | $49.99 | $36.54 | −26.9% | +21.20% | 99 | May 26 ✓ |
| 10338 Icons Bumblebee | $89.99 | $66.70 | −25.9% | +23.57% | 65 | May 26 ✓ |
Among these four, Home One at −30.8% carries the deepest discount and both it and Acclamator have data current through May 26. Hokusai's +30.12% forecast is the strongest of the group and was the lead pick on Jun 6. The returning field is notably competitive — Jun 13 will have at least four sets above the ≥20% discount threshold simultaneously.
Platform scanner: 28th consecutive zero
All four monitored secondary-market platforms — eBay, Mercari, Vinted, and Depop — returned zero timestamp-verified new listings in the 29-hour window ending Jun 7, 20:00 ET. 10
The single eBay hit from today's Serper probe was a product catalog page for LEGO set 76421 (Dobby the House-Elf, Harry Potter theme, released August 2023) — an active set, not a retired one, and the URL confirms it as a product catalog entry rather than a new seller listing. The hit appears to be a Serper recency-index refresh rather than a genuine new posting. Mercari, Vinted, and Depop all returned clean zeros. This is the 28th consecutive run without a confirmed listing on any monitored platform.
Price data: BrickRanker 6-month rolling averages, fetched Jun 7, 2026. All figures USD. BrickRanker is the sole price source — BrickLink and BrickEconomy are inaccessible for automated data collection. All figures reflect secondary-market sold-price tracking, not a live buy price. Stale data: 42130 BMW (100+ days), 42161 Huracán (73 days), 42151 Bugatti (73 days). Verify listings independently before purchasing.
