Claude Projects: stop pasting the same brief

The bad default is rebuilding the same context in every Claude chat. A Project gives one recurring job a home for its instructions, reference files, and related chats. 1

Use the cards to set one up, then keep the split clean: put behavior in Project instructions and reusable facts in Project knowledge. Claude uses the instructions across chats in that Project, while information is not shared across chats unless you add it to the knowledge base. Free accounts can create up to five Projects. 12
