US drill & trap drops: Trippie Redd and Sexyy Red lead August 10's five-pick board

The five August 10 entries split into one platform-clean drop and four source-page picks whose native platform dates land earlier or later. Trippie Redd and Sexyy Red have the board's closest trap fit; Michael Christmas, Chris Crack, and Girl Talk have the only clean August 10 audio-and-video timestamp. 12345

Start here for the board's clearest trap signal. HipHopDrops tags the track trap, synth-hop, atmospheric, and Midwest, while Trippie's official channel gives it a 2:10 video. The page itself is dated August 10, but YouTube puts the upload at midnight on August 11 in ET; treat it as a source-page pick, not a clean August 10 native release. 12

This is the board's best full-project option. The source page calls out 13 tracks and 32 minutes, tags the record West Coast and trap, and describes a fast, bass-heavy run; Apple Music dates the album August 7. The source page's August 10 timestamp is useful for discovery, but it does not turn the album into an August 10 release. 78

This is the one to play when the date matters most. Apple Music lists the single on August 10, and the official Girl Talk upload landed at 9:45 a.m. ET the same day. The sound points to funky boom bap and East Coast party rap, not drill or trap. 345

The song itself is a smooth Southern trap cut, with a restrained beat and soft sax details. Both Apple Music and the official YouTube record date it August 7, so it belongs here as a source-page catch-up rather than a same-day release. 91011

Big Ro6 keeps the track small and tense: the source describes a sparse pulse and a 1:43 video, with a Midwest tag but no formal drill or trap classification. Apple Music dates the song August 6, and YouTube dates the video August 8, so strict-lane listeners can skip it without missing an August 10 drop. 121314

For a strict drill/trap queue, play Trippie Redd and Sexyy Red first, then move to Summer 26 if you want a full project. If the date is the deciding factor, choose Michael Christmas, Chris Crack, and Girl Talk; it is the only clean August 10 platform drop in this board, and it is adjacent boom bap rather than drill or trap.

No Chicago or Atlanta tag was reported in these five checked pages. The remaining metadata gap is formal city and genre labeling: the trap, drill-adjacent, and street-rap calls above stay tied to the tags and platform records that were actually available, rather than being inferred from artist names.

Date note: all displayed times are converted to Eastern Time. The August 10 labels are the visible dates on the HipHopDrops detail pages; native platform records list Meet The Redds' video on August 11 at 12:00 a.m. ET, Summer 26 on August 7, Humble on August 7, Brothers Keeper on August 6, and Garfield Hated Mondays But Didn't Have A Job on August 10 at 9:45 a.m. ET.
