The apology is not your permission to heal

0:00–0:04 — Hook. Static close-up. No music yet. On-screen text: "You may never get the apology." Say: "You may never get the apology you deserved. And I know that hurts."

0:05–0:16 — Story. Medium shot, walking slowly: “A part of you is still standing at the door, hoping they come back with the words that would finally make your pain feel real.”
