Harper's Bazaar put daytime tuxedo dressing among fall's biggest moves 1; Ariana Grande and Billie Eilish posted jaw-length bobs minutes apart on Oct 22 2, the shape ELLE calls the preppy bob 3; the week's red-carpet manicures came back dark and barely decorated 4; and the eye that went with them was one diffused matte wash with nothing shiny in it 5.
