I covered a $200 group dinner and nobody has paid me back
A 30–60 second vertical video script about the group dinner situation — one person covers the whole check, everyone else forgets they owe anything. Reclaim takes a photo of the receipt, splits it between everyone, and sends each person their exact amount with a payment link. Three out of four paid within an hour.
I covered a $200 group dinner and nobody has paid me back. It's been three weeks.
And the thing is — I watched one of them order an Uber Black home from the restaurant. Like, you had seventeen dollars for guac but you don't have twenty-three for your share of dinner?
Anyway. I found this app called Reclaim. I opened it right after I paid the check, took a photo of the receipt, and it split it between everyone at the table. Sent each person their exact amount with a little payment link attached.
No group chat message. No "hey just a reminder." No pretending I forgot to follow up because it's awkward. It just sent it.
Three out of four people paid within an hour.
