What visitors need to know

Entry is tied to the reserved date and time. Visitors must show the QR code from the Weverse app or website; screenshots are not accepted. The guide asks visitors to arrive in the outdoor waiting area 10 minutes before their slot, allows up to one hour inside, and treats a visit as a no-show after 20 minutes. Re-entry is not allowed. 2

Walk-in entry may be opened by staff if conditions allow, but the guide says walk-ins are for viewing and experiences only; product purchases require a reservation QR code. On-site album sales and pickup start at 1 p.m. KST on Aug. 21, and album pickup also requires both the pop-up reservation and the purchase QR code. 2
