Seedance 2.5’s current API row starts at 4 seconds and runs to 30 seconds. The same official table lists 480p, 720p, and 1080p for Seedance 2.5; the 4K option appears under Seedance 2.0 instead.1
Why it matters: a 1–3 second insert still needs a 4-second generation budget. Render the shortest allowed clip, trim it in the edit, and inspect the motion, audio, and crop before scaling a batch.1
The nearby 2.0 row has a shorter 4–15 second range, fewer listed reference inputs, and the 4K choice. Read the model row before you choose the export target.1
One caveat: the public activity page still contains an FAQ answer that says 720p is the maximum, while its offer section lists 1080p. Check the live model selector before a paid batch.2
