Amex Platinum offers for Sept. 29: five new travel credits and the September 30 wall (2026)

Tomorrow is the last day of the month and the last day of the quarter at the same time. That puts seven Amex Offers and two of the card's own credits on one deadline: Hertz, Wyndham, Alaska and Hawaiian, Marriott Homes & Villas, Air France and KLM, Fatburger and Fazoli's all end on September 30, and the Platinum's quarterly credits for Resy dining and for lululemon close their windows the same night 1 2.

Five credits are new this week, and every one of them pays for travel. JetBlue and Frontier each added a flight credit; Meliá, Outrigger and Radisson each added a hotel credit, and the Radisson one is written for a trip to Europe or North Africa 3 4 5.

Add each offer to the card you will actually pay with before you book. Amex Offers are targeted, and the version on your account is the one whose terms decide whether a credit posts.

Five new credits, four of them hotels

JetBlue pays $40 back on $200 or $60 back on $400, depending on which version your account carries, and the credit runs through December 14 3 23. The $40 version returns a fifth of the spend and the $60 version returns 15%. A threshold of $300 for the $60 credit also appeared in one write-up this week, so read the number printed on your own card rather than assuming one.

Frontier pays $50 back on $200. That is 25% off a fare on a low-cost carrier, the largest percentage any current travel credit on the card returns 4. Both airline credits require the booking to run through the airline itself, with flights starting in the US and the charge settling in dollars.

The three hotel credits all pay a fifth back. Outrigger returns $100 on $500 at select Hawaii properties, Meliá returns $100 on $500 at participating hotels in the Americas, Asia and Europe, and Radisson returns $50 on $250 at select hotels in Europe and North Africa 5.

A fifth back is the ceiling for hotel credits on this card, and the reach of each one sets which is worth having. Outrigger pays only when the room is paid for in person in Hawaii, so a prepaid rate earns nothing. Radisson pays only when the stay is settled at the desk, which rules out paying online and puts bars, restaurants, spas and valet outside the credit. Meliá is the loosest of the three: a booking made at melia.com, in the app or over the phone counts, in any of the countries where the offer runs.

Tomorrow: the September 30 wall

The seven offers that end tomorrow split into two groups that need different actions.

The first group is Amex Offers that have to be added to a card before the purchase posts: Hertz, Wyndham, Alaska and Hawaiian, Marriott Homes & Villas, Air France and KLM, Fatburger and Fazoli's. Adding one takes seconds in the Amex app, and the spend still has to land before the same date. Marriott Homes & Villas pays the most at $350, Air France and KLM pay 20,000 points, and the rest are small enough that they only make sense on a purchase you were already going to make.

Alaska and Hawaiian carries two published dates. The current deadline list gives September 30, and the older offer page gives October 30, so September 30 is the one to act on 8.

The second group is the card's own quarterly credits, which live in the benefits section rather than in the offers list. The quarter closes on the up-to-$100 Resy dining credit and the up-to-$75 lululemon credit 2 24. The lululemon credit runs at retail stores or at lululemon.com, at $75 a quarter 25. The Resy credit requires enrolling in the Amex account, and it applies at US restaurants carrying the eligible badge.

One change lands the next day, and it is not a credit. Access to Lufthansa lounges through the Global Lounge Collection ends October 1, which makes tomorrow the last day the card opens those doors 26 27.

A hotel status match that takes five minutes

Okura's One Harmony program matches Amex Platinum to its Prestige tier and Amex Gold to its Loyalty tier, and the match works on a card issued outside Japan 28. One Harmony covers Okura, Nikko and JAL City hotels across Japan, plus Okura properties in Shanghai, Macau, Taipei, Manila, Bangkok and Amsterdam.

The sign-up page Amex runs for the offer is in Japanese, so a browser translation tool is part of the process. Enter the Amex sign-up page, then link the card from the One Harmony account, and the tier lands immediately. Stays in Japan earn 3 points per 100 yen before any elite bonus.

This is a status match rather than a statement credit, so it changes what a stay earns and what it includes rather than what the card pays back.

Points transfers: one bonus still live, one program still slow

The 30% bonus on transfers from Membership Rewards to Hilton Honors runs to October 14, and it is the only Membership Rewards transfer bonus open right now 13 29. The 30% bonus to the Avios programs closed on September 27, so British Airways, Iberia and Aer Lingus transfers are back to the ordinary ratio.

Transfers to ANA Mileage Club remain the ones to hold off on. Some transfers started in September have been taking weeks instead of the day they used to take, and Membership Rewards is the only transferable-points program that reaches ANA at all 30. Points sent today can sit in limbo while the award space they were meant to book goes to someone else.

Dining this week

No new restaurant offer surfaced in this window, which is the usual state of public reporting: restaurant offers are heavily targeted, and the published lists lag what sits on an individual card. One restaurant credit is live and confirmed by cardholder sightings — Lebanese Taverna pays $20 back on a single $100 in-restaurant purchase through October 10, on a sighting last updated September 5 31.

The larger dining money this week is the Resy credit's quarter closing, worth up to $100 at a restaurant carrying the eligible badge in the Amex account.

Sweep the September 30 group — Hertz, Wyndham, Alaska and Hawaiian, Marriott Homes & Villas, Air France and KLM, Fatburger and Fazoli's — and add the ones sitting in your account.
Use the Resy and lululemon credits today or tomorrow, at a restaurant carrying the Resy eligible badge and at a US lululemon store or lululemon.com. Both windows reset the next morning.
If a Frontier or JetBlue flight is already planned, add the offer and book it direct with the airline.
Check the three hotel credits before booking: pay at the desk for Outrigger and Radisson, and book Meliá through the US site, the app or the phone line.
Link the Platinum card to Okura's One Harmony account and take the Prestige tier.
Hold any Membership Rewards transfer to ANA. If a Hilton stay is coming, the 30% bonus runs to October 14.
