All national park sites that normally charge an entry fee waive it on Memorial Day. 1 Closest options in SF: Maritime National Historical Park (Hyde Street Pier) is free. Muir Woods ⚠️ (Marin County) is also free but requires a timed-entry reservation booked in advance.

Ocean Beach bonfire night
