Mei Semones adds three East Coast dates

Mei Semones has three East Coast dates on the calendar. On September 2, Semones plays a free Central Park SummerStage show in New York, with doors at 6 PM and her set at 7 PM. The set will include originals and classic bossa nova tunes. Semones’s September 4 date at Berlind Theatre in Princeton is sold out. A second free New York show follows at Lincoln Center on October 15. 1

New Jersey Stage lists the Princeton performance for 7:30 PM and describes Semones as a Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter and guitarist making jazz-inflected indie pop in Japanese and English. 2
