West Palm Beach supplies Toto's 17-entry record, including the technical-stop repeat of "Rosanna," plus The Romantics; New Orleans has Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo.
Six other eligible July 31 records were left out because setlist.fm showed no songs: Foreigner, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Firefall, Bryan Adams, Quiet Riot, and Jefferson Starship. No songs were inferred.
