neodrop.ai Terms of Service
Welcome to neodrop.ai (the "App", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Neodrop AI regarding your use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
neodrop.ai is an AI-powered automatic content production platform. You can create "channels" — configuring topic, sources, and cadence — and our multi-agent system continuously produces articles, audio, video, and other content for you.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
- You must provide truthful and accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Keep your account credentials safe; notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.
3. User Conduct
When using the App, you must NOT:
- Upload, produce, or distribute content that violates law, infringes others' rights, or contains hateful, violent, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Abuse or reverse-engineer the App, bypass security restrictions, or access systems or data without authorization.
- Use the App for spam, malicious scraping, DDoS, or other destructive behavior.
- Violate the terms of service or API usage policies of third-party platforms (such as YouTube, X, etc.).
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or other users' normal use in any way.
If you violate these rules, we may suspend or terminate your account and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
4. Third-Party Services and Authorization
- You may authorize the App to connect to third-party platforms (such as Google / YouTube, X, RSS feeds) as content sources. For scope and data usage, see our Privacy Policy.
- Use of YouTube API services is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
- You may revoke authorization at any time on the corresponding platform or within the App.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The App's IP
The code, interface, branding, trademarks, and documentation of the App are owned by Neodrop AI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
5.2 User Content
- Source content you provide: you warrant that you have the legal right to provide or reference such content to the App.
- AI-produced content: subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use and share content produced for your channels within reasonable bounds. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not enjoy traditional copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and that the underlying source material remains subject to its original license.
- Feedback and suggestions: feedback you voluntarily provide may be used by us, free of charge, for product improvement.
5.3 Third-Party Content
Third-party content referenced during production remains owned by its original rights holders. The App uses such content only as necessary and respects the API and content policies of the corresponding platforms.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- If the App offers paid features, the specific pricing, billing, and refund terms are as displayed at the time of purchase.
- Free quotas and trial policies may be adjusted; we will give reasonable advance notice.
7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
- We may update, adjust, or retire features from time to time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable advance notice.
- We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, legal requirements, or force majeure.
- We may suspend or terminate your account in any of the following situations:
- Violation of these Terms or applicable law;
- Long inactivity;
- Account security risk or abuse;
- Compliance requirements from law, regulators, or third-party platforms.
8. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty regarding continuity, timeliness, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- AI-produced content may contain errors, biases, outdated information, or otherwise inappropriate material. You should verify content before use and bear responsibility for decisions based on AI content.
- We are not liable for the availability, data quality, or policy changes of third-party platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neodrop AI and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages;
- Loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill;
- Damages caused by third-party actions.
Our cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You shall indemnify Neodrop AI and its affiliates for all losses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from third-party claims, lawsuits, or losses caused by your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- The interpretation, validity, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-laws rules).
- Disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in the principal place of business of Neodrop AI.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be notified via in-app notice or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree, you should stop using the App.
