The Everything DiSC Workplace profile currently sells for $90 per person. A seller also recommends that workplace assessment for couples, while stating that it cannot predict marital success or failure. 12

The framework began with William Moulton Marston's four-type behavioral model in 1928 and later moved through personnel selection into workplace, sales, and comparison reports. 3

A 2023 study of 1,294 couples found that similarity across Big Five traits and facets had negligible associations with relationship and life satisfaction. Individual personality levels carried more information than whether partners matched. 4

Use a type label if it helps you talk. You do not need a matching profile to make a relationship work.
