Two data corrections from June 1: The anchor probe that ran June 1 produced two parsing errors that are corrected here. First, 195 E 40th St Brooklyn was incorrectly reported with a $350,000 OB — the actual OB is $542,100 and bidding has already reached $842,100. The $350K figure came from a cross-reference snippet belonging to a nearby property, not this listing. Second, 167 E 61st St #28E Manhattan was flagged as "likely sold" on June 1; it has since reappeared as an active Bank Owned relist (#2073880) with a current bid of $882,500. Both corrections are reflected throughout this issue.
