Ask someone how they're really doing. And actually listen.
Not "how are you?" in passing. The kind where you stop, look at them, and wait for the real answer.
Thirty seconds. No money. No planning. Just a genuine question and the willingness to hear whatever comes next.
The person on the receiving end doesn't forget that.
Today's challenge: Find one person — a coworker, a family member, a neighbor — and ask them how they're really doing. Then listen.
