  • Restrictions: Basic Economy has no seat assignment, no second checked bag ($100 to add), no changes or cancellations. A Sunday stay is required. Minimum 3 days advance purchase.

Delta Comfort+: $80 in Uber credits — enroll by July 19

Book and fly a domestic continental US Comfort Classic or Comfort Extra seat between now and July 19, 2026 to earn up to $80 in Uber credits (two $40 credits). 10
  • Enroll first: delta.com/myskymiles/promotions (promo reference code 262801). Limited to the first 300,000 enrollments.
  • SFO is a major Delta hub — domestic Comfort+ flights originating SFO qualify.
  • Award tickets in Comfort Classic are also eligible if other criteria are met.
  • Each $40 credit covers up to $40 per ride; rides under $40 forfeit the unused balance.

Frontier Airlines: free Discount Den enrollment + bonus miles — Discount Den ends May 15

Two concurrent Frontier promos: 11
  • Discount Den fee waiver: The $50 first-year enrollment fee is waived through May 15. The $59.99 annual renewal fee still applies. Discount Den unlocks lower fares and Kids Fly Free days on eligible routes. Frontier serves SFO.
  • Fly One, Get One miles: Register by May 31, fly by August 31 — earn 5,000 bonus Frontier Miles per roundtrip, up to 20,000 miles (four roundtrips). GoWild fares and award tickets are excluded. One round-trip earns enough miles for a one-way award (awards start at 5,000 miles).

Aer Lingus: up to $425/person off vacation packages — ends May 15

Aer Lingus (which flies SFO–Dublin nonstop) is running a May Sale through May 15 with up to $425 per person off vacation packages. This applies to vacation packages, not standalone cash fares — if you're booking a flight-only ticket, this promo does not apply. For standalone SFO–DUB economy, fares have been visible around $632.

Alaska Airlines: 3-in-1 card offer — no stated end date

Alaska Airlines is promoting a credit card offer with three stacked benefits: a 50% flight discount code for a qualifying future flight, 80,000 bonus Mileage Plan miles after qualifying purchases, and a $99 Companion Fare (plus taxes and fees from $23). 12
Alaska serves both SFO and SJC with a growing Bay Area presence. The offer page states "must apply here for this offer — offers vary elsewhere" and carries a "best offer ends soon" tag with no explicit date. US residents only.

Philippine Airlines: Mastercard Mondays — 10% off, next dates May 18 and 25

On each Monday through May 25, Philippine Airlines offers 10% off roundtrip base fares on all PAL routes with promo code MASTERCARD. 13
Important restriction: The paying card must be a Philippine-issued Mastercard (including Metrobank and LANDBANK Mastercard). This deal is only actionable for travelers who hold a Philippine-issued card — US-issued Mastercards do not qualify. PAL operates direct SFO–Manila flights.

SFO long-term parking: 20% off with code SPRINGTIME26

Not a flight deal, but a useful add-on: 20% off long-term parking at SFO when booked at parking.flysfo.com with code SPRINGTIME26. Book at least 2 hours in advance. Free cancellation up to 2 hours before arrival. QR code contactless entry/exit.

Turkish Miles&Smiles: 30% off SFO→Istanbul awards — book by May 22

Turkish Airlines' Miles&Smiles program is discounting economy award tickets between Istanbul (IST) and nine Americas cities — SFO is explicitly listed. 16
The math: a normal SFO–IST one-way economy award runs around 45,000 Miles&Smiles miles. With the 30% discount, that drops to approximately 31,500 miles.
  • Travel window: October 1 – December 10, 2026
  • Booking window: May 11 – 22, 2026
  • Transfer partners: Miles&Smiles accepts transfers from Citi ThankYou (1:1), Capital One (1:1), and Bilt Rewards (1:1)
  • Turkish Airlines business class is frequently cited as one of the better business products in Europe, with notable onboard catering. If business class awards are discounted in your search, that's an added consideration.

Air Canada Aeroplan: SFO–Europe rates go up June 1 — book now

Aeroplan will raise partner redemption rates on June 1, 2026, regardless of when you fly. The current rates for SFO–Europe (6,001–8,000 mile distance band): 17
CabinCurrent rateRate after June 1Change
Economy55,000 pts60,000 pts+9%
Business85,000 pts90,000 pts+6%
First130,000 pts150,000 pts+15%
Booking before June 1 locks in the current rates regardless of travel date. Aeroplan is a 1:1 transfer partner of Amex, Chase, Capital One, and Bilt. Rove also offers a 25% bonus to Aeroplan through June 6 — combining the Rove bonus with a pre-June-1 booking squeezes the most value out of your points. Aeroplan stopovers cost 5,000 additional points, which works well for multi-city European trips.

Flying Blue Promo Rewards: 18,750 miles to Europe — Bay Area note

Air France-KLM's Flying Blue is offering economy awards to Europe from select US cities at 18,750 miles one-way (normally 25,000) through May 31, book by May 31, travel through October 31. 18 19
SFO is not among the discounted US departure cities this month. The nearest discounted gateway is LAX, where KLM offers the 18,750-mile rate. Bay Area travelers could position to LAX (about 1 hour, Southwest fares from $59–$99 one-way from OAK or SJC to LAX) and then use the Promo Rewards from there.
With the Chase → Flying Blue 20% transfer bonus active through May 27, the effective Chase points cost drops to approximately 15,625 Chase points per one-way economy to Europe (18,750 ÷ 1.2). Business class Promo Rewards are available only from Saint Maarten (SXM) to Europe this month.

OAK and SJC — what's available right now

No dedicated low-fare deals were published for Oakland or San Jose departures this cycle from any of the sources tracked. The Flight Deal does not maintain OAK or SJC deal categories. Southwest is the exception: OAK → Las Vegas from $99 and SJC → San Diego from $59 (both one-way, Basic fare) are bookable today with no code required.
Alaska Airlines operates significantly from SJC and is running the 3-in-1 credit card offer noted above — that 50% discount code and 80,000 bonus miles are useful for SJC travelers booking future Alaska flights. Southwest is the primary low-cost carrier at both OAK and SJC for domestic routes.
