Card 1 — Cover
Day 02 of your daily breathwork practice. Today: Brahmari (Humming Bee Breath) + Apan Vayu Mudra (The Heart-Ease Seal).
Card 2 — Brahmari Pranayama
The ancient humming breath. Thumbs gently close the ears, fingers rest over the eyes — then a low, steady hum on every exhale. That single vibration travels directly along the vagus nerve, switching your body from fight-or-flight into rest. Four counts in, six counts of hum out. Five to ten minutes is all it takes. 1
Card 3 — Apan Vayu Mudra
The Heart-Ease Seal. Index finger folds to the base of the thumb; middle and ring fingertips meet the thumbtip; little finger stays extended. Hold both hands this way, palms facing up, while you hum. The mudra works with the breath to release the tightness that accumulates in the chest when the mind won't stop. 2
Card 4 — Take-Home Message
When your mind kept running, the hum brought you back.
Practice daily for 5–10 minutes. No prior yoga experience needed.
