Tonight's MS Build side events thinned out (four 404s, Cerebras full) — IDEO robotics design talk and Anyscale happy hour are Tuesday's live options. Wednesday peaks with OpenClaw After Hours at GitHub HQ (848 RSVPs, fireside + NVIDIA demos), the Snowflake Summit AI agents side event (185 going, 284 Bush St), Humans in AI Week SF Gathering, and a free DocFest screening of John Candy: I Like Me with director Colin Hanks in person at the Roxie.
Tonight's MS Build side event map thinned out: four Luma pages returned 404 since Monday, and Cerebras flipped to full. Colin Hanks — who appeared at DocFest in 2015 with All Things Must Pass — returns to the Roxie to present his 2025 documentary about John Candy. The film (1h 53m) documents Candy's work as a performer and improvisor, and addresses the fatphobia and anxiety disorder he dealt with throughout his career. Hanks will be on stage for a conversation and Q&A after the screening.
