斷錦秋燈 · Autumn Lamp over Severed Brocade

Today's song returns to the love & separation cycle with a smaller room than the grief can fill: an autumn loom, an unfinished brocade, cold scissors, and geese passing the west window before dawn. Konghou leads the thread-like motion, with guqin, erhu, and distant xiao around a restrained female vocal line.

The lyric turns on one act of refusal: the singer will not cut the remaining silk. If the beloved returns, the broken pattern must still know his hand.
